For the past years, Uni Systems has been contributing to the annual Sustainability Development report produced by Quest Group, as an active and valued member of the conglomerate. 
The Company’s growth milestones, its vision toward sustainable development and its future goals are presented through a series of material issues, well defined and analyzed. 

All reports have been prepared in accordance with the core option of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards aiming at informing our shareholders in a transparent manner on the Company’s strategy, objectives and performance.

2019 report

We are committed to sharing innovation, expertise, and, knowledge through a sustainable information technology business model that tackles the challenges of the era. Toward that, we are happy to present our Sustainability Report 2019 that reflects on our strategy, objectives and performance for the year. It has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), core option and has received external assurance.

We grow bigger every year! In terms of revenue, in 2019 we broke down the barrier of € 100m, which amounted to € 116 million, achieving a total growth of 29% compared to 2018.
The company’s international expansion in the markets of the institutions, agencies and other bodies of the European Union as well as in major organizations of SE Europe, started 12 years ago and was proved to be a noteworthy and strategic initiative.
In terms of industries, revenues in 2019 derived by 43% from international markets, by 36% from the financial sector, by 11% from telecommunications operators and private companies and by 10% from the Greek public sector.
Out of the submitted  proposals in the Innovation, Research & Development area, 18 were submitted to Greek Programmes and 17 to European Programmes, 13 of which were part of the Horizon 2020. As a result, 5 European projects with a total value of € 1.8 million were awarded.
We are certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 14001, ISO 20000.
One of our main aims is to support the brain regain through a series of initiatives that took place in 2019, such as Mind the Code and SharePoint Academy incentives. 
Our people matter: In 2019, there was a significant increase of 40% in training programs expenditure.
Our aim is to remain an organization with a positive social footprint that respects people and societies around our activities. To that end, we support numerous voluntary incentives to strengthen the academic community, innovation and social groups that are in need.
