ICAP Group’s Contact Center, designed and implemented by Uni Systems, was awarded notable distinctions by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service.The technological supremacy of the Contact Center, necessary for optimal customer service, contributed to the Center being the only Outsourcing Center awarded in the “Customer Service Center of the Year” category. In addition, the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service awarded Ms. Alexia Orfanoudaki, ICAP Outsourcing Solutions Director, Manager of the Year.Key to receiving the “Customer Service Center of the Year” award were the Contact Center’s impressive features, which were designed by Uni Systems and based on ICAP’s manifold, diverse, and demanding specifications.The Contact Center was upgraded with SIP technology by Genesys, which provided ICAP with a fully automated management of its overall business operations. In addition, the center’s architecture makes central control and management possible, allowing the ICAP Contact Center to respond to customer requests with a fully parametric recording of the total number of outgoing and incoming calls.
