Uni Systems provides the Central Bank of Cyprus with a Human Resources Management System

Uni Systems, strengthens its position outside the Greek borders, by undertaking the Human Resources Management system project of the Central Bank of Cyprus.The Company was awarded the open tender and undertook the Supply, Installation, Implementation and Maintenance of an Integrated Human Resources Management System, as well meeting the needs of the operational interfaces with Third-party Systems and the required operational expansions of the Bank.The tender was initially announced with the aim to automate processes that relate to the Management of Human Resources, a goal that would give to the unit, the opportunity to focus on more strategic objectives and achieve a better use of the Bank’s human resources.Upon completion of the project, a single image will be created for each of the Bank’s employees, while all operational procedures will become fully automated. In this manner, the management of information that is of interest to employees will become centralized, while services provided to employees will become personalized, on a case-by-case basis, allowing for the development of business opportunities and the support of corporate objectives.The Information System uses best practices and international operational flows incorporated in the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM world-recognised platform, in order to effectively manage the entirety of human resources-related parameters. The System covers, among other areas, the critical sectors of Recruitment Management, Training and Development, Staff Evaluation, Ability and Skill Management and Management of Organisational posts. The system creates the proper infrastructure for a complete management of employee career and development plans.Moreover, the special Self-Service Applications included in the platform ensure direct access for all employees, in accordance with their position and role within the organisation, to information and processes that relate to the Department of Human Resources, Organisation and Methods.With the award of this project, the implementation of which commenced in the beginning of May 2009, Uni Systems reinforces its strong position in the market of Human Resources Management systems, following the implementation of a great number of complex, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM-based projects.
