European Parliament Awards UniSystems’ Consortium IT Services Contracts

The European Parliament, Directorate-General for Innovation and Technological Support, awarded Uni Systems’ Consortiums IT Services contracts of an estimated value of 41 million EUR for the implementation of “ITS14 – External provision of IT services” Lot No 7 for expertise in ICT infrastructures and ITS14-Lot No 8 for expertise in IT Security with maximum duration of 5 years.Uni Systems’ share participation in both Lots is estimated at 11,5 million EUR. The consortium for Lot 7 contract is composed of IRIS as lead partner and Uni Systems, ALTRAN, GFI and Everis as partners, while the Consortium for Lot 8 contract is composed of Uni Systems as lead partner and Everis as co-partner.Additional organizations that will benefit and make use of the Contract’s IT Services are the Court of Justice of the European Union (CURIA), European Court of Auditors (ECA), European Data Protection Supervisor (CEPD/EDPS), European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), European Ombudsman, European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Committee of the Regions (CoR) and the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union (CdT).Moreover, Uni Systems participates as joint partner in two consortiums that are awarded the second position in the cascade of Lot No 5 for the product evaluation, testing, customization and systems integration with total announced value of 21,5 million EUR and Lot No 6 for enterprise architecture, methodology, quality assurance and audit with total announced value of 13,9 million EUR. Uni Systems’ consortium for Lot 5 includes the same members as for Lot 7, while for Lot 6 the consortium is composed of CSC as lead partner and Uni Systems as partner.
