The IT system AtomoPlus provides a new approach for managing Payroll and Human Resources, based on an innovative operational environment
Uni Systems announced today the enterprise software platform AtomoPlus; an advanced release of the Payroll and HR Management System Atomo.
Designed to provide total freedom, the operational platform AtomoPlus is fully web-based and packed with a series of operational and business benefits, such as single employee profile, ease of access to information, multiple choice for search and queries and productivity increase for both HR and IT.
“Having exploited 35 years of experience and technological know-how in development of Payroll and HR systems, which support more than 100,000 employees in a daily basis, Uni Systems re-designed the technology and enhanced the business benefits of its successful platform”, commented Konstantinos Serros, Enterprise Solutions Business Unit Director at Uni Systems. “The strategic role of the HR department can be highlighted with AtomoPlus, since it helps release the end user and contributes dramatically to the more productive, smoother collaboration amongst different teams within an organization.”
AtomoPlus displays all data in one single screen, decreasing complexity and providing a user-friendly interface, which is easily manageable by all users, even the least experienced. Personalization of tasks is provided per user, while the queries and frequent tasks’ history can be retrieved. The Payroll department users can change the operational parameters for their processes and create reports autonomously, without the engagement of IT support.
Furthermore, AtomoPlus employs new features, like access anywhere, anytime at any device, and remote management, which help increase employees’ productivity, enhance employees’ engagement to the organization’s internal processes and improve work/life balance.
AtomoPlus is offered either on premise, or outsourced, or as a service, providing a flexible response to the diverse needs of enterprises and employees.
“The engagement of IT support to HR operations for every single change of parameters had been provoking challenges and delays to execution of simple, daily tasks for both sites”, explained Thodoris Poulias, Business Solutions Department Manager at Uni Systems. “AtomoPlus releases the users providing access at any mobile device, like laptops and tablets. It releases both Payroll and IT staff from time-consuming tasks, which can now be managed by the user at no time. It is a modern, innovative platform that provides not only enhanced operational effectiveness, but total freedom as well.”
AtomoPlus is available immediately with full, dynamic configuration, support and users training, while its recent releases are already installed and operative at several Uni Systems customers.
